Our referral partners are compensated through a share of closed revenue, with an industry‑leading structure that pays up to 40%. Our in‑network brokerages serve groups from 50 employees to well over 100,000, and the larger the group, the greater your share — with your personal PEPM revenue at the 40% tier typically ranging from $2 to $15 depending on size and coverage. We pay you directly, and we keep paying you, with the highest tier continuing for three full years of ongoing revenue from your referral. We value our referral partners and compensate accordingly.
